Happy Birthday, Barbie… and thank you, Jennifer for sharing some Colin Cowie secrets on how to personalize a pink-inspired, Barbie-chic party with signature drinks! Do you have a thing for eyelashes? Well, i love them, and Grey Likes Weddings just got me even more obsessed with them! It seems like What Junebug Loves, I love too! Ribbons + bows are some new items I'm on the lookout for, thanks to them! I want this book, Wedding Photography Unveiled, that Elizabeth mentions {+ is featured in!}. I am definitely going to order one! Her work is always soooo gorgeous! Check out her "morning kiss"!
Tuesday (3.10.09) :: Get your fix for "something blue" with Kiss the Groom's blue celebration post! Parasols have remained a trend, and Kilee of Happy Hour Bride explores it further! AND… she has such a festive inspiration board that you just HAVE to check out! Maddy of the Inspired Bride brought the "recessionista" out of me with her post on some beautiful bridal gowns under $750! I {heart} Jenny Yoo + the word "recessionista" {my new favorite word}! 100 Layer Cake shares some secrets from a former-bride, Nicole, who gives a tutorial on how to make your own DIY veil! What? It looks super-easy! They also share the inspiration behind Jenna Hein's own wedding. Don't know Jenna Hein? Well, you oughtta know… once you check out her work, you won't forget her! I got a little hungry when I saw Mackenzie Sala's Couture Cookie post! Youcould wash that down with some milk… or you can check out the Cocktail Celebration {Tequila Sunrise} by Mrs. Polka Dot! It got me a little thirsty! Speaking of drinking… with all your wedding planning, you are bound to forget something when it comes to your honeymoon. Check out LA Style Unveiled's Perfect 10 list of items you should NOT forget to bring with you! You can also get inspired by their lavendar + seafoam color palette, which is to die for {see below}! Joanna has a very easy + elegant floral project, that she just so happened to teach to some 7th + 8th graders!
Wednesday (3.11.09) :: Joanna shares another floral project! She is sooo creative! I love the real wedding photos Mrs. Polka Dot posted regarding Lucy + Andrew's big day. They're stunning. Remember, LA Style Unveiled has a giveaway for some pampering to the lucky winner! I love Annette's Parisian-inspired party inspiration board! Do you polyvore? Well, once the Hostess gives us another reason to check it out with her passion for polyvore {+ pink} inspiration! Isn't it pretty?
Thursday (3.12.09) :: I fell in love with Jennifer Ramos's old/new sofa! New or Old… it is gorgeous! The white fabric makes it so inviting. Great job, Jennifer! 100 Layer Cake shows us Jillian's DIY invitations, and I must mention how amazing they came out! Love the colors of the real wedding Maddy shared… they're so fun, and the floral decor by La Partie Events were ultra chic! OMG… Preston Bailey is coming out with his own DIY book! The quantities are limited, so you might want to reserve your copy today! Thanks, DIY Bride, for giving us a heads up! I {heart} the b+w real wedding that Vane posts Thursday! Those anemones caught my eye instantly!
Friday (3.13.09) :: i {heart} Barbie…what girly-girl doesn't? Jennifer Sbranti shares Colin Cowie's secrets to this super sweet Barbie bash, celebrating her 50th anniversary! Congrats, Barbie! + Thank you, Jennifer for sharing {and I suppose thank you, Colin + Jonathan for the fantastic job you did!} Kimberly shares how to add some rustic elements to your next event. Mrs. PolkaDot lists 8 Fun Registry Gifts, that are by no means "typical". One of the items is MadeByGirl's "Love Candy" lemon print! I have to admit that I ordered myself one of these in sky blue on Friday. =) My heart melted when I saw Elizabeth's post on Waxworks. More B+W real wedding goodness {with a little hot pink} to finish off the week from What Junebug Loves ! What a way to end my week!

Wow!! I don’t know how I missed Ms Polka’s tequila sunrise drink but it sparked some inspiration and possibly a new signature drink at my wedding. Perfect for Mexico. Nice to see a beautiful image from Elizabeth Messina and discover Joy Marie’s work thanks to you! I had a look at her site this morning. Also enjoyed checking out Joanne’s diy floral design and 100 Layer Cake’s diy veil. Sparking new inspiration for a diy project this week on hhb!
